Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Junkyard Goddess. We work hard to package and ship your order quickly, carefully, and as affordably as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the carrier, package weight, destination, and delivery service selected. Customers may choose from the available carrier options shown at checkout.

Junkyard Goddess does not add handling fees, service fees, or additional markups to shipping charges. The shipping cost shown at checkout is based on the carrier rate available for your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Carrier Options

Available shipping carriers and delivery speeds will be displayed at checkout. Customers may select the carrier and service that best fits their preference and budget.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Junkyard Goddess, and occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Junkyard Goddess is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to help you work through the issue with the carrier.

Digital Products and Downloads

Some Junkyard Goddess products may be offered as digital downloads, such as printable guides, digital instructions, e-books, templates, tutorials, or other downloadable creative resources.

Digital products do not require physical shipping. If you purchase a digital product, download access will be provided after purchase through the order confirmation page, email, or another download method shown at checkout.

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct, as download links and order information may be sent to that email address.

If you do not receive your digital download or have trouble accessing your file, please contact us at michelle@junkyardgoddess.com and we will be happy to help.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, they are generally not eligible for return once accessed or downloaded unless there is a problem with the file or an error with your order.
