Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Commission, Tracking, and Eligibility
By applying to the Junkyard Goddess Creative Partner Program, you agree to our standard 20% retail sales commission structure. Commissions are accurately tracked via cookie data generated through your unique partner link or custom audience discount code. Commissions apply strictly to qualifying, completed retail website purchases. Sub-affiliate recruitment tiers, network bonuses, and flat-rate brick-and-mortar wholesale finder’s fees are subject to prior written approval, manual verification, and a standard 30-day clearing period. Wholesale inventory orders, Faire platform sales, taxes, returns, canceled transactions, and shipping costs are strictly excluded from standard retail commission payouts.

2. Brand Alignment, Product Use, and Content Standards
Partners acknowledge that Junkyard Goddess Milk Paint is an authentic, powdered, zero-VOC, earth-derived product formulated to create organic, variables-driven, and naturally distressed ("chippy") vintage finishes. Partners agree to represent the product authentically and use appropriate mixing/application techniques outlined in our onboarding materials. We reserve the right to review all affiliate tutorials, social media posts, and public content featuring our products. Content that is deemed harmful, discriminatory, politically polarizing, or highly contradictory to our small business community values will result in immediate removal from the affiliate network and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

3. FTC Compliance, Disclosures, and Relationship Status
In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, all creative partners are legally required to provide clear, conspicuous, and unambiguous disclosures on every single piece of content, video, blog, or social media post where affiliate links or custom discount codes are shared. Disclosures must explicitly inform viewers that you earn a commission on their purchase. Participation in this program represents an independent contractor relationship; it does not constitute employment, a legal partnership, or joint corporate venture. Junkyard Goddess reserves the right to adjust commission rates, update program policies, or terminate affiliate accounts at our discretion with 15 days written notice.
